Hi, George Philbeck and Jacquie Sosa here and we're glad you're stopping by! Choosing an agent to help you buy or sell a home is a big deal and research is important. Jacquie and I (by the way, we are married), along with our partners, have been very fortunate to help quite a few people of the years, but numbers don't really matter. What we think is important, and hope you will too, is that in 2019 each one of us has committed to helping and working with ONLY 5 families, at any given time, buy or sell their homes. Why just 5? Well, we believe that extraordinary service requires extraordinary attention. There are quite a few teams and agents out there who sell a lot of homes and they do a good job. The problem is though, the families rarely, if ever, get the personal on-going attention they deserve. Most of those "big" teams forget that real estate is about relationships, personal accountability to their clients, and one-on-one communication. Something not possible when you're selling more than 50 homes a year. We know, we've done that! We're intentionally returning to our roots and helping our friends and clients personally because they deserve it, you deserve it, and quite honestly, it's so much more enjoyable REALLY getting to know our clients.
