About Maite Alvarez

Like many in Miami, I was born in Cuba. The revolution took my family to Mexico where I lived for most of my adolescence. Marriage finally brought me to Miami, which has been my home for the last 34 years. The sun, the ocean, and the vibrant culture make this an ideal environment for me and my family; and I love sharing what I know about the city with my clients. After raising two children, I turned to real estate for a change and a challenge. In 2008, I joined EWM Realty International a Berkshire Hathaway Affiliate. One of the nation's largest real estate services firms. As a professional Realtor, I am passionate about working with clients to help them realize their dreams of home ownership while earning their trust from good advise and sound investments. My clients range from investors to buyers, from Central America, South America and Europe looking for first or second homes. I attribute my success to possessing good energy and positive attitude while combining my experience, knowledge and honesty with everyone I work with. Maite Alvarez is a Real Estate Advisor with Compass Florida .
