Courtney was the second piece of the puzzle in "The Mechler Group", joining her mother in August, 1999. She graduated with honors from the University of Florida with a Bachelor's degree in Education. Courtney's specialization within her college was "instructional computing." The computer skills she acquired serves the group well and keeps them technically up-to-date. Brent , who acquired his real estate license in 1993, graduated from the University of Florida with a Bachelor's degree in Journalism. He began his professional career as an executive search consultant with the world's largest recruiting firm, Management Recruiters International. Despite being named the organization's "Rookie of the Year" and succeeding as a consistent top performing account executive, Brent joined RE/MAX in September 1999 to help form The Mechler Group. As a 32-year resident of South Florida, he brings his sales experience and market knowledge to the team.
