I began my real estate career as an investor using real estate to build my financial portfolio. After many years of success I was asked by many people to help them duplicate my model. I got my license in real estate to assist others in the selection and arduous process of a sound transaction that could bring an impressive return to their financial plan. I am past owner and Operating Principal of 2 Keller Williams Franchise in the local Palm Beach area currently working with my team in the Wellington Florida Keller Williams office. I consider myself a consultant Realtor on all levels and I have developed an all inclusive Real Estate team that consist of myself and my three sons Brian, Blake and Jonas, as well as my Daughter-in-law Jennifer. As a 5th generation family to the Palm Beaches we have built valuable relationships with trades people, mortgage brokers, and title companies to give high level recommendations for inclusive services needed when purchasing, fixing up, and enhancing purchased homes in order to prepare them for sale. My team and I practice Real Estate at all levels from investors purchasing multiple properties, luxury waterfront and golf course property, to buyers seeking their first home.
